We want you to love your Jourvia pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for products purchased from Jourvia.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a refund, all jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging included.
How to Start a Return:
- Log In to Your Account: Visit the Order History section on our website.
- Request a Return: Select the order and the specific item(s) you wish to return, then click the "Request Return" button.
- Follow Instructions: Once your request is submitted and approved, you will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions via email.
- Please Note: Items sent back without an official return request will not be accepted. We require all returns to use our provided shipping label to ensure secure tracking.
Shipping Fees:
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We offer Free Returns for all domestic orders.
- International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues. Additionally, original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for international orders.
Processing & Safety:
Jourvia reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item is damaged, altered, or sent to an incorrect address. Refunds will be processed once the package is delivered and inspected at our business facility.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
